Where Henderson Drivers Get Hit
Boulder Highway is the road that produces the most serious Henderson crashes: six lanes, fast traffic, long gaps between signals, pedestrians crossing mid-block, and the motels and businesses whose driveways open straight onto it. The Nevada Rules That Decide a Henderson Claim

When the Other Side Is the City of Henderson
Some Henderson crashes involve the city itself: a city truck, a police vehicle, a signal that failed, or a road or intersection designed or maintained in a way that caused the crash. Those claims run under different rules. NRS 41.035 caps a tort award against a Nevada city at $200,000 per claimant with no punitive damages, and NRS 41.036 requires the claim to be filed with the city's governing body within two years.
